What personal data we collect and why
When you make a purchase through this site, Nitemus collects certain information from you: your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through Nitemus, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over other websites and their privacy policy.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
WHY DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
- Internal record keeping.
- To fulfill any orders placed through Nitemus. This involves the processing of your payment information, making of the garments, shipping, and providing you with invoices/order confirmations and tracking info.
WITH WHO WE MIGHT SHARE YOUR DATA
Nitemus shares the order information (products, name, address) with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

COPYRIGHT
As the picture/photo will be modified by Nitemus it will belong to Nitemus and will be automatically protected by the copyright laws.
The paintings that Nitemus suggest don’t have a copyright, therefore if another painting or photo is sent to us, the customer is the one that needs to own its right or have permission to use it, it is possible to use other paintings and photos that are of public domain. Nitemus will not be considered accountable for any copyright infringement in regard to the photos/paintings sent to us, instead, the customer will be accountable by law in that regard.
If the photo or the painting belongs to you, the moment you send it to Nitemus to fulfill your order, you automatically give permission to Nitemus to use it for the designing of your product only.
PERMISSIONS
At the moment any photo is sent to Nitemus the customer gives immediate permission to Nitemus to modify it and authorizes Nitemus to print the chosen product with the modified photo/ drawing.
The photo/painting will be deleted after 15 days from the product reception in order to protect Nitemus from customer scams. In case you request Nitemus to delete the photos before the 15 days or as soon as the design process is finished, the customer gives up the possibility to ask for a refund or return on the premises that the product is either wrong or doesn’t represent the photo given.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
