Returns and Refunds

General Information

  • The company does not cover the shipment cost for the return and refund request. 
  • The refund will be received in the original payment form.
  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. It is however necessary a photography proof of the developed fault. It will be then our discretion to accept the refund or replace it.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will lose any possibility of a refund or return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy

It is not possible to cancel the order.

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product should not have been worn.
  • A return and refund are possible only for products that are printed wrongly, or that clearly show a mistake on Nitemus’s side.
  • Customized products can be replaced if proven that the style does not correspond to the chosen style, however, they can not be refunded for any other reason as they are going to be made and designed only for you.

How to do

  • Send an e-mail to info@nitemus.com with photos of the damaged product and information related to the purchase. As the email title put “Refund/Return request”.
  • The next steps will be indicated in the response e-mail.
