Shipping time

England (UK):

Shipment time in the UK is between 1 to 3 days.

Europe:

Shipment time in European countries is between 6 to 21 days. If chosen the paid courier service it will take between 3 to 7 days.

USA:

Shipment time in the USA is between 3 to 5 days.

Rest of the world:

Shipment time for the rest of the world is between 6 to 21 days. If chosen the paid courier service it will take between 5 to 7 days.

For customized products:

The shipping time depends on the country and on the total weight of the package. It might take from just 1 day to 21 days.

Customs fees are calculated differently in each country, depending on the value and type of product.

Customs fees are the end customer, therefore, the customers are required to pay these fees/taxes on imports.

Shipments are always tracked for the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, and Canada.

For the rest of the world, it is not usually tracked. It might be tracked if purchased the tracked postage.

The courier shipment is always tracked.

No compensation will be offered for any orders that take longer than the quoted times to be delivered. These quotes are based on estimates from the printing side, and as such, they should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery.
All missing parcels must be reported to info@nitemus.com within 35 days of shipment to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Add as a title to the email “Missing parcel”. If the missing parcel is reported missing too late the tracking will no longer be available to investigate with the courier, and the order will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
If a shipping address is inaccurate or incomplete, the order will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening the packaging, then you must inform us within 36 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange the re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
